Quick Health Facts

Lion’s Mane contains the immunomodulator beta glucans, powerful antioxidants which combat oxidation and inflammation, and as naturally-occurring nootropic erinacines that help support improved neural growth factor (NGF) and are linked to improvements in focus, memory, and brain function. Lion’s Mane aka Hericium erinaceus has also demonstrated an ability to promote the production of BDNF, brain-derived neurotrophic factor. A lack of BDNF is associated with depression.
